Tähän asti mä olen suhtautunut vielä melko varauksella ja nihkeästi tähän alkujaan Isabel Marantin wedgelenkkareista liikkeelle lähteneeseen korkolenkkari/-tennarimaniaan. Edelleenkin suurin osa blogeissa ja Lookbookissa pyörivistä ladylenkkareista näyttää mun silmään turhan ronskeilta ja massiivisilta, en mä kuitenkaan haluaisi, että mun jalka näyttää kaksi kokoa suuremmalta kuin mitä se oikeasti on. Mutta eipä sitä tarvitakaan kuin yksi itselle mainiosti soveltuva parivaljakko, niin orastava rakkaussuhde on taattu. Ja tämän Conversetyylisen parin kohdalla se oli nimenomaan sitä kliseistä kliseisintä rakkautta ensisilmäyksellä (mihin mä en kyllä oikein tahdo uskoa muutoin kuin lähinnä vaatteiden ja kenkien kohdalla :P) niin värinsä kuin mallinsakin puolesta.

Miten on, löytyykö teitin kenkähyllyiltä jo Marant -kopiot, tai kenties ihan aidot yksilöt?

Still I'm finding most of the heeled trainers and sneakers I see on Lookbook and blogs a bit too massive and clumsy looking, after all, I don't really fancy my feet looking couple of sizes bigger than they actually are. But in the end, you need only one pair that pleases and is perfectly right, just for you. And with these H&M converse inspired lace up wedges, what happened was (and here comes the big cliché) immediate love at first sight (which btw I don't really buy except when it comes to shoes and clothing :P).

Do you guys own a pair of Marant knock offs or possibly the real thing?
